With nearly a decade of experience in the senior living industry, I am deeply committed to enhancing the quality of life for older adults and supporting the teams who serve them. My journey into this field was inspired by my wife, whose early work as a Recreational Therapist sparked my passion for serving seniors. After volunteering, I made the pivotal decision to transition my career into senior living—a choice that continues to shape both my professional path and personal purpose.
I am driven by a strong belief in excellence, integrity, hospitality, and professionalism, and I strive to embody these values in every aspect of my work. I am passionate about fostering meaningful connections, empowering team members, and creating environments where residents can truly thrive.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Abigail, and our three rescue dogs, Banks, Cash, and Knox. We love traveling and especially enjoy time at Lake Gaston, the North Carolina coast, and mountain towns like Boone, Cherokee, and Asheville. I take pride in being a North Carolina native, with roots in Rocky Mount and Wilmington.
