Meet Our Team

Our compassionate team is dedicated to creating a warm, supportive environment where residents feel at home everyday.

For the past 21 years, I have had the privilege of serving in healthcare and caring for others through every stage of life

Amanda Seckfort

Director of Nursing

For the past 21 years, I have had the privilege of serving in healthcare and caring for others through every stage of life. I began my nursing career at Princeton Baptist Medical Center on the Cardiac Stepdown Unit, where I developed a passion for patient care and teamwork. In December 2025, I was excited to begin a new chapter with Westminster.
When I’m not at work, my life revolves around family and sports. You can usually find me cheering from the sidelines at a ballpark, football field, or cheer gym alongside my husband and children. Whether at work or at home, I enjoy supporting, encouraging, and caring for the people around me.

With 20 years of experience in healthcare, I have dedicated my career to supporting residents

Amanda Treptau

Business Office Coordinator

With 20 years of experience in healthcare, I have dedicated my career to supporting residents, families, and team members with compassion and care. For the past year, I have proudly served at Westminster Assisted Living & Memory Care of Cullman, where I truly value the warm, homelike atmosphere that makes everyone feel like family.
I enjoy assisting residents and families with admissions, billing, and answering general questions while building meaningful relationships with residents, families, and vendors alike. I also take pride in supporting my team members with HR needs and creating strong connections within our workplace.
Outside of work, my husband and I have raised three adult children and are still enjoying the adventure of raising our 9-year-old. As a family, we love spending time together binge-watching comic shows, completing Lego builds, and playing retro video games. We believe the relationships we build and the core memories we create are what truly last a lifetime.

Anna Beach

Dietary Manager

Hi, I’m Anna Beach! I’ve proudly served as the Dietary Manager at Westminster for the past 4 years and have been part of the Westminster community for 7 years overall. With 9 years of experience in healthcare, I found my calling through a passion for caring for the elderly and making a positive difference in their daily lives.
When I’m away from work, you’ll most likely find me spending time with my family and cheering on our children in all of their activities. Whether it’s school events, sports, or family adventures, I love being involved in the moments that matter most.

David Collum

Maintenance Manager

I joined the Westminster community in February of this year, bringing with me 20 years of healthcare experience and a passion for keeping residents and staff safe. I earned my degree in Electronics from Wallace State Community College, and I enjoy using my technical background to help maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the community.
What I love most about Westminster is the atmosphere — it’s a pleasant place to work, filled with caring people who truly make you feel like family. Being part of such a wonderful team has been incredibly rewarding.
Outside of work, I’m a big fan of old cars, boating on the lake, and water skiing. Slalom skiing is my specialty — just one ski, one wake, and a whole lot of fun!

Kristen Burton

Resident Care Coordinator

For over 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of working in healthcare, and for the past 4 years, I’ve proudly been part of the Westminster family. One of the most rewarding parts of my job is building relationships with our sweet residents and sharing smiles and conversations with them each day. Outside of work, my world revolves around my three amazing kids and making memories together—especially on beach trips whenever we get the chance!

Stacie Malin
